I went for a run today after work. Needed to get out and feel productive in my training. It was a slow run but I was able to get in 5.5 miles today. Found a new route to me that has some good uphill climbs.
Due to having weight loss surgery, I have to drink a lot of water. Today I have drank 7 bottles of 16.9 oz each.
Well at about mile 3 I needed to go and I didn’t think I could make it back home due to not really knowing where I was at on the trail. So, here I am trying to find a nice little spot and next thing I know one appears. A nice little park bench to the side of the trail that was covered. Camping skills paid off and I was back off running my merry little way.
I love it when a plan comes together!!
Now if I could just get my eating under control. I keep losing and gaining the same 5 lbs. I guess it is better than gaining 10, 20 or more.
